Although it has the same flavor profile as its sister Fixin’s, it’s been sieved to create a smooth, velvety sauce that makes a batch of enchiladas the whole family will love! It can also be used in a variety of ways across all cuisines.

The Love Behind the Chili
A family-owned company, John and Diana Anderson, fell in love over a bowl of chili. After nearly a decade on the chili trail to develop our unique recipes, our search led us back to the inception of chili. It’s thanks to our own rich blend of chili peppers in our handcrafted paste that Diana has been crowned the modern Chili Queen of San Antonio.
